HEALING WITH ALOHA

Rewire your brain, repair your body, and reconnect to your soul’s desires to live the life you came here to experience.

Our mental health luxury retreat program consists of three parts:

  • Weeks 1-6 (45 days): Getting clear on what you want and starting the process of paving new pathways in your brain that will lead you to where you want to go. We use biofeedback sensors from HeartMath Ⓡ along with weekly coaching sessions to facilitate this process.

  • Weeks 7-8 (11-days & 10-nights): In-person intensive at the luxurious Lotus Rising resort, hosted by Connections Wellness Center. We use various treatment modalities, including ketamine therapy, vitamins, and peptides. Additional wellness sessions are offered such as reiki, Traditional Chinese Medicine, somatic bodywork and reorganization, and massage therapy to help ground and center you. We rely on the healing power of Hawaii to heal your mind and body for a brand new beginning.

  • Weeks 9-15 (45 days): Taking the new you back home with continued weekly coaching sessions, peptide therapies, and practice and you will emerge into your new character - one present moment at a time.

OUR FACILITATORS

Lee Austin, APRN & Owner

My name is Lee Austin and I am the owner of Connections Wellness Center. I have practiced anesthesia as a Nurse Anesthetist for over 25 years, so I've always had a passion for pharmacology. For the past 12 years I have done extensive research and training in the fields of epigenetics, quantum physics, and heart-brain coherence, as well altered states of consciousness using both plant medicines and meditation practices. I am a certified Health and Wellness coach as well as Heart Math trained coherence coach.

My absolute passion, and the focus of Connections Wellness Center, is to provide the most comprehensive set of tools and education known, to empower you to create the life you came here to experience.

FREDDY GRISSOM

My name is Frederick (Freddy) Grissom and I am a certified Level I and Level II Reiki Practitioner. I practice the Usui style of Reiki, which was taught to me by my master, Nicole Adarna of Mauli Ola Reiki Healing. I practice Reiki daily which has improved my emotional well-being and overall physical health since I first began. I firmly believe in the healing power of Reiki and am honored to share it with others.

As a Reiki Practitioner, I do not diagnose illnesses, perform medical treatments, prescribe medication, or interfere with the treatments of a licensed healthcare professional. Reiki does not take the place of traditional medical care. Reiki should not be used as alternative healing; it is complementary to a patient’s existing treatment(s). The State of Hawaii does not recognize Reiki as an official healing alternative and it is recommended that you consult with a licensed healthcare professional if you are experiencing any physical or psychological issues.
